Powder coating and wet coating

Superior protection

At IMP Armature, we have one powder coating and one wet coating line, which are used to provide high quality protection for products used in various types of environments.

Powder coating

Powder coating is used mostly for the protection of products that must comply with food safety standards. Epoxy powder coating is also suitable for protection against more aggressive mediums.

Our powder coating line is used for the coating of metal products that require pre-heating and thicker layers of paint – upwards of 100μm. We use epoxy and UV resistant polyester coatings.

The following are the maximum dimensions of objects for powder coating: 900 mm x 800 mm x 800 mm; maximum weight: 220 kg.

 

Wet coating

Wet coating is an excellent solution for the protection of products that are exposed to high temperatures and various environmental influences. Such products are used mostly in heating systems and systems that are exposed to major temperature oscillations. Depending on the type of paint used, we guarantee that the coating is durable in temperatures of up to 400 °C.
