Fine shot blasting

At IMP Armature we use a modern, highly-efficient shot blasting machine, which is used to shot blast our products before they are painted. Shot blasting is also useful for cleaning all metal surfaces.

For shot blasting, we use high carbon steel with a diameter of 0.6 – 0.8 mm. This abrasive works best for the fine shot blasting of metal parts (removing corrosion, colours, and other dirt from your products).

Our shot blasting machine can process objects heavier than 1 kg. During the process, the objects are hung on a hook.

The maximum dimensions of processed objects:

• working diameter (maximum diameter): 1,500 mm,
• working height: 1,500 mm,
• weight: 1,000 kg.
